Vintage Estate Wedding Napa | Ben & Kath & Pax

Ben and Kath are originally from Austin but have a love for Napa and wine, and that's why they decided to get married in wine country. And also escape from the heat. Which didn't quite work out because it was pretty hot that day :)
Their dog Paxton is their baby and they had him included in pretty much anything they could. Including the wedding. Including the ceremony. Including the movie. Oh wait, that was our idea :)
Thanks so much to Soiree by Simone for making this wedding amazing.

Nestldown Wedding - The Wongbergs

We were so thrilled to film this cutest wedding at Nestldown Los Gatos. We've met with Irene & Linc last year and it was clear right then that we will have lots of fun. I mean just the idea fo The Wongbergs is hilarious. So hope oyu enjoy their movie

Palace Hotel Wedding San Francisco

Stephanie and Christopher met two years ago at a concert for a band "James." How cool is that? :)
When we met a couple of months ago to talk about the wedding, i knew it was going to be a day full of fun and emotions, which got us all very excited. They chose the Palace Hotel in San Francisco due to it's classic and luxury look. Which again, got us very excited :)

This wedding was also an opportunity for us to test the brand new Lowel GL-1 hot light. This light is absolutely amazing. It's extremely powerful and versatile and being able to have this power in a palm of your hand and move is just amazingly convenient.
We've used it for all the night shots, for the first dance, the entrance and even for a few shots during bride's prep. It allowed us to get more dramatic shots, easily. Similar shots might have been achieved with a regular led panel, but the light would have to be inches from the couple, which would change the composition of the shot significantly.

A Love Story In Hawaii

B.J. and Jin decided to have their love story filmed in Hawaii. That required some planning. Especially since we only had one day to film everything and our plans included: underwater scene, beach scene, car shots, helicopter shots (flying), bike riding and shopping! And a yacht scene too, but that didn't work out, luckily. After 14 hours of shooting, here are the results, enjoy.
